I want to talk about something important and give you some tips and rituals so that you can start applying these to your daily life and start changing your life. To me, it’s what we do everyday that changes our life, not what we do once in a while.

I spend over 30 hours per year with each of my patients helping them piece their stories together to complete their mind, body, and spiritual health needs.
What I want you to start understanding is your daily rituals and thought processes as a key to health.
Use this time to stop using your conscious brain and get into the most pressing issues of your subconscious mind. You may be surprised what may come up once you have the time to think about what’s ‘underneath’ your thoughts. Write these thoughts down. Pay attention to what you’re thinking. What you’re thinking when you’re not thinking, is driving your life.
